The Call
TeamSnap and AYSO wanted to improve their animated educational video content. With a short timeline and the need for a large number of deliverables, they needed a partner who could move quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
The Build
We partnered with TeamSnap and AYSO to design an efficient post-production approach. We built a custom team—including a Post Producer, Editors, Animators, and Designers—and set up workflows tailored to the project’s needs. This allowed us to deliver over 160 assets in less than six weeks, averaging 6–8 assets per day without compromising on quality.
The Breakthrough
The process gave TeamSnap and AYSO a reliable way to scale their educational content within the tight deadline. The final set of assets supported AYSO’s mission to provide accessible, engaging resources for coaches and players, while demonstrating how TeamSnap can continue to add value for youth sports organizations.
